Accessing participant's activity in Fitbit portal

There's a way they can download their Fitbit data as an XLS file (Microsoft Excel) or CSV, which can be opened by many paid, free or shareware applications. They can download body, foods, activities and sleep information.  You can export up to 31 days of data.

There is no way for a "Coach" or Trainer to receive their own login to be able to access their participant's activity with their permission.  The participant would need to give the Trainer their personal login information and have the trainer access that way or download the file and physically give it to the Trainer.
In order for them to download their Fitbit date, they need to log into their accounts, click the gear icon on the upper right corner, then "Settings". Then select "Data export" and they would select the periods of time and information that they want to download
