Member Groups are used like categories to separate certain members into a specific group.  Such as, Medical Member, General Member, Personal Training Member, Google Employee Corporate Wellness, etc.  This allows us to view members by group as well as run various reports on each individual group.

To add a Member Group:

1. On the left side Navigation bar, click on Manage Users
2. Add Member Groups

1. Complete each field
2. Assign the appropriate Surveys that should be completed by each member of this group. The Demographics and Emergency Contact survey as well as the HIPAA and Medical Release will automatically be assigned to all Member Groups.
1. For Example: General Members are assigned
1. Demographics and Medical History
2. HIPAA and Medical Release
3. Readiness for Change
4. Quality of Life
5. Health Risk Assessment
6. Liability Waiver
7. Policy Agreement
3. Assign Data Collection Instruments that should be completed by the Clinician for each member of this group.
1. Select "Recurrence" to assign the instrument and tell the system how often these instruments will need to appear for the clinician to complete. NOTE: Event 1 would be their Initial Evaluation.
2. For Example: General Members are assigned
1. Metabolic Screen, Recur 90 days after Event 1 (every quarter)
2. Biometrics and Functional Capacity, Recur 90 75* days after Event 1 (every quarter) *Changed to 75 days to allow the clinician to enter data a little earlier if needed.
3. Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Screen, Recur 90 days after Event 1 (every quarter)

1. For Example: Medical Members are assigned
1. Metabolic Screen, Recur 180 days after Event 1 (every 6 months)
2. Biometrics and Functional Capacity, Recur 180 days after Event 1 (every 6 months)
3. Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Screen, Recur 180 days after Event 1 (every 6 months)
