FlowSync is not opening on my computer to allow me to sync my A360/A370 Polar Fitness Watch


First (and most common), ensure that you are using the original sync cord that says "Polar" on the USB end.  Often times we find other device cords have the same connectors and allow us to charge our watch but you will not be able to sync using any other cord than the Polar cord.

If you are syncing your Polar Ftiness Watch using your computer and it is suddenly not syncing your watch AND not giving you another type of error message, please follow below.

For some, you may plug in your watch and it will prompt you to update your FlowSync software before it will sync.  Please follow the prompts from the FlowSync software to update.  If you do not receive that prompt, follow the steps below to Uninstall and then Reinstall the Polar FlowSync software.

To uninstall:
  1. In your computer's start menu, type in "Add or Remove Programs"
  2. Click on "FlowSync" and then click "Uninstall".
  3. Then restart your computer before reinstalling the program (below)



To Reinstall:
  1. Once you've Uninstalled the program and restarted your computer, reinstall from this website https://flow.polar.com/start
