Forgot Password in the UMedTech Platform

Forgot your Username?  It is what preceeds the @ symbol of your email address.

In the event that you forget your password to log-in to the UMedTech platform, follow the steps below.


  1. Select "Request New Password"




2. You will be brought to a screen asking you to enter your email address that you used when your account was first created.  Enter your email address and select "E-mail New Password"

3. You will receive an email address with a link to log in with a One-Time Password and then require you to reset your password.

4.  You will be brought to a new page to enter in a new password. Enter a new Password and select "Save'
