How to allow someone without a Polar watch to be your Polar Coach

How to allow someone without a Polar watch to be your Polar Coach

Anyone of your choosing can be set as your Polar Coach.  This can be beneficial in holding you accountable to keeping up with or increasing your activity levels if this person is supportive and reliable.

Please follow these steps to allowing someone else to be your Polar Coach:

What THEY will have to do
  1. Create a free account
  2. Create a "Group"
  3. Invite you to that Group via your email that you use for your Polar Flow login

What YOU will have to do

1. Go to https://flow.polar.com/ and login using a desktop or laptop computer (a Polar Coach invite cannot be accepted on a mobile device).
2. Once logged in, you will see the notifications window at the top right-hand side of your screen as pictured below:

3. Once your 'Polar Coach' has sent the invite, you will see a red dot in the notifications window. Click on the notifications window and select 'Accept' where prompted.
NOTE:  This invitation will expire after approximately 2-7 days so you will both need to communicate as to when your Coach invites you.  They can resend the invitation at any time.

Once you have accepted their invitation, They will be able to view your activity and comment on your activity.
