How to disable my Polar watch display form illuminating (at night)
You can disable the display wake-up gesture by turning the Do not disturb mode on. You can do it from the Control menu on your fitness tracker or from the Polar Flow mobile app. If you've already set up Smart notifications with Do not disturb time period in the mobile app, you don't have to do it on your fitness tracker.
You need firmware version 1.1.15 on your Polar A360/A370 to have this feature.
To turn Do not disturb mode on from your A360/A370:
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Control menu (At first you'll see the Searching text, but just keep pressing the button.)
- Tap the Do not disturb icon:
- Do not disturb is on is shown on the display and the display turns to time view. The crescent moon icon is shown in the time view while the feature is on:
To turn the Do not disturb mode off, repeat the steps.
This will also block the smart notifications if you have the feature turned on in the Flow mobile app.
