Manually adding a Workout in the Polar Flow App

If you have forgotten to wear your Polar during an exercise session, it can still be added manually into the Polar Flow app using the following steps.

Hover over the day that you would like to add in a workout and select the + Add option:    


Next, select Training Result from the drop-down that appears once you have clicked the + Add button. Complete as much of the Basic Info and Session Info as possible on the following screen:


Select Save at the bottom of the screen above to Save your data so that it shows on your calendar.


Manually adding your exercise sessions works well for the occasional missed session, but the best way of collecting your exercise data is to wear your Polar device on a regular basis. By doing so, you ensure that the data collected in Polar is thorough and accurate.
