Pairing your Polar Fitness Watch with your Mobile Device
Once you have paired your Polar A360 Fitness Watch with your mobile device, you will then be able to sync your data from your Polar A360 directly with your watch without having to plug it in to your computer.
Before pairing, make sure:
You have downloaded Polar Flow app from the App Store or from Google Play and installed it on your mobile device
You have registered your Polar device in the Polar Flow web service with your desktop/laptop computer
Your mobile device has Bluetooth turned on
Airplane mode/flight mode is not turned on (on both your Polar device and mobile device)
To pair your mobile device:
NOTE: Pairing your Polar device with your Mobile Device will likely take MANY attempts and will give you the failed error message MANY times. Keep trying!
On your mobile device, open the Polar Flow app and sign in with your Polar account
Close out of all other applications that are running on your device
Take off your device case if there is one on
On your Polar device, press and hold the button on the side until it shows a spinning circle and says "Searching"- release button promptly before the screen changes to the next screen (airplane mode, heart rate, etc.).
Once your device is found, the device ID Polar mobile xxxxxxxx is displayed on your Polar device.
Connecting to device is displayed, followed by Connecting to app.
Accept the Bluetooth pairing request on your mobile device and type in the pin code shown on your Polar device if required
Pairing completed is displayed on your Polar device when you are done, and your Activity view will open in the Polar Flow app
How do I tell if my Polar device has paired with my Mobile device?
Go into your mobile device Settings
Click ob Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth if it is not already
You will see a screen like the one below. If your device has been paired, it will appear under "My Devices"
