Polar Watch Error Message
If you have received the following error message on your Polar device, 'Something went wrong. Press back to reset A360', on multiple occasions, please follow the steps below to reset your device:
Try completing a factory reset via FlowSync
1. Plug in your Polar device to your computer’s USB port and go to FlowSync software.
2. Click Settings (wheel icon) and select Factory Reset.
3. It takes a moment to restore the settings, after that unplug Polar device and in a moment plug it again.
4. When Flow web service landing page opens, select Sign in and use your existing credentials to log in.
5. Accept all the settings and press Save and sync in the end. Now your settings are synced back to device and it's connected to your account again.
