Problems Syncing Polar A360 with your Computer
Have you been syncing your Polar A360 watch on your computer in the past and it is recently failing to sync? Have you been syncing only with your mobile device and now trying to sync with your computer but it won't let you?
Follow the instructions below.
- Ensure you have downloaded the FlowSync software (especially if this is a new computer than you haven't synced with previously) Download the software here: www.flow.polar.com/start
- Ensure you are using the Polar charge/sync/connector chord that was given with the watch. You may have another chord that fits into the charge port and connects to your computer with a USB- this will allow your watch to charge but it will not be able to sync.
- Log into https://flow.polar.com/
- If using a laptop, ensure the laptop is on and that the screen is open
NOTE: If you are using your work computer your IT Team may have imposed restrictions on downloading the FlowSync software. If you have previously downloaded this software but when you plug in your watch the FlowSync software isn't opening, your IT Team may have disabled this software. You will need to discuss this with them if you are needing to do so but it is not allowing you to.
