Submit a Support Ticket or view FAQ Articles

Our Customer Service Portal includes a place to add your own help ticket as well as a plethora of FAQ artciles on various topics such as Polar fitness wateches, UMedTech Site, MINDBODY, etc.

Once you are in your dedicated UMedTech (a.k.a. SKY) and need to do one of the following:

  • Submit an issue within your site
  • Submit a question/concern
  • Review our Knowledge Base FAQ's for help
  1. Click on the "Customer Service Portal" at the bottom of the blue navigation bar

  2. Our Customer Service Portal page will open, click on "Add Ticket"

  3. Proceed by completing all fields as best as you can.  NOTE: Screen shots are very helpful!!

  4. Submit

To browse our Knowledge Base for Help:

  1. On the Customer Service Portal homepage, click on "Knowledge Base"

  2. Browse through the FAQs > "See all articles"

You will receive additional communication from our Tech team directly into your email.  However, you may log in at any time to view your tickets.
