No longer able to Find Members in your UMedTech/SKY platform

No longer able to Find Members in your UMedTech/SKY platform

If you are noticing that you are no longer able to search for/find a pre-existing member in your UMedTech/SKY platform, there may be a few reason for that.  Please review those potential reasons below as well as how to fix and/or find those members.

A Staff User may have:
  • Changed a Member's Status to
  1. Inactive/Freeze Membership
  2. Medical Hold
  3. Discontinued
  4. Prospect
  • Removed the member from their Member Group and not assigning them to an alternate Member Group
How to Find Them:
  • Your Site Admin can find them by going to Member Listing on the left navigation bar:
 
  1. Manage Users
  2. Member Listing
  3. Search through the full records list
  4. Click "View" to the right of the Member's name 
  5. This will bring you to their Dashboard where you can assign either the Member Group or change the Member Status to Active 

  • Your Site Admin or You as the Staff User can View Members from your Dashboard
  1. From your Staff User Dashboard go to View Members 
  2. Search through all of the members that you are assigned to
  3. Click "View" to the right of the Member's name 
  4. This will bring you to their Dashboard where you can assign either the Member Group or Change the Member Status to Active
