Accessing a Participant's Activity in Garmin

For Garmin users/participants, you will need to:
  1. Your own free account with Garmin Connect: https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/ 
  2. Instruct the user/participant to "open" their privacy settings
  3. Add them as a friend
You will be able to view their training sessions, HR, time, etc.
