Editing Profile Information

Editing Profile Information

Any member user or staff user assigned to the member user can edit profile information including but not limited to: 

First and Last Name
Email
Username
Password (member user only)
DOB
Address
Phone Number
Profile Picture

To update profile information, select the member user > Edit Profile > Update Information > Hit Save 







If you are unable to edit the member user profile, this is likely due to your permission level in the system and you must contact your administrator to request the changes or advise the member user themselves to make necessary edits.
