Polar A360 Inaccurate Readings
The Polar A360 Fitness- Tracker with wrist-based heart rate is a wonderful tool, but if it is unable to read your heart rate correctly than you may need to exchange your device to one that is properly functioning.
How to Assess Inaccurate Readings
To test whether the heart rate is inaccurate on your fitness-tracker due to a malfunctioning device, follow these steps first:
1. Ensure that your wrist-band is comfortable around your wrist. Make sure it is neither too tight or too loose.
2. Track at least one day of activity.
3. If your fitness-tracker has readings that are inaccurate (i.e. you were asleep during a time that you were sitting, your heart rate was relatively low during a time of moderate to vigorous activity) than the device is likely malfunctioning and will need to be returned.
